Kabusé Dan (First Flush)

Dan is one of the first picked half-shaded teas from the early April harvest. During the drying process, it is subject to a slightly stronger firing which gives this invigorating tea a deep green cup and a warm, voluminous bouquet, leaving a memorable charming, velvety and almost 'peppery' memory on the palate.

Recommended Preparation:

First infusion: 60-65°C, 60s

Second infusion: 60-65°C, 15s

Third infusion: 60-65°C, 30s

 

Harvest: First Flush, Early April
