The Matcha Premium is a Ceremonial Matcha, a classic for the traditional Japanese Tea ceremony. This matcha has a slightly nutty taste with a harmonious balance of bitter-sweet. Enjoy its intense freshness and richness as a whole day perk-me-up.
Add about 2 bamboo spoons (chashaku) of powder into a pre-heated tea bowl (chawan). Add about 70-100ml of water at 80-85°C into the bowl. Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) to whisk the mixture in quick 'M' and 'W' movements until it is frothy.
Green tea powder is very sensitive. We recommend pressing out the air from the pack before closing with a grip, then storing the pack in an air-tight container. Store the container in the fridge or freezer. Best consumed within 6 weeks of opening.
