This lovely sencha comes from the small leaves of a non-shaded harvest at the end of June - early July. It has a pleasant tangy aroma, delicate sweetness and subtle astringency. A refreshing tea that is also good as an after-meal digestive.
First infusion: 65-70°C, 40 seconds
Second infusion: 65-70°C, 15 seconds
Third infusion: 65-70°C, 30 seconds
